The first thing I noticed on Data Entry Jobs n Blogging was the header. Appropriately, the title is there, but then there's the tag line. A tag line should be catchy and concise. I would recommend shortening it to something like "Tips and tricks on how to locate data entry jobs." The more memorable it is, the better.

The overall design is well done. It has a nice color scheme and clean layout. However, you should consider whether you need a two-column layout or a three-column layout. This is just me, but it seems like you have some non-essential widgets that could be located elsewhere, or even removed. Switching to a two-column layout would make the design even more clean, and make the posts column seem less like a wall of text. Which brings me to my next point...

Try to effectively utilize the “more” tool on blogspot. Again, this is personal preference, but I tend to use my main page just to give readers an idea of what they’re going to read if the click “read more”. This, again, helps to clean up the layout and make it a lot less busy. The simpler and more user-friendly you can make your blog, the better.

You may consider removing some share buttons. The bar at the bottom of each page seems unnecessary when there are buttons at the top of each page, as well as on each post. Less is more. Readers shouldn’t feel pressured into sharing anything.

The “advertise” page appears to have a large empty white space before the content. Try removing this if at all possible. The less your readers have to scroll and search, the better. Also, try removing the “related posts” and “comments” sections on pages; they’re not really applicable.

The forums seem to be completely different from your main blog. For this reason, I would recommend opening it in a new window when the link is clicked. There doesn’t seem to be an easy way to navigate back to the main blog. Again, the more user-friendly, the better. Stick with it, though; forums are a good idea.

The “Jobs” page has the same white space problem as the “advertise” page. The “help” tab doesn’t seem to link anywhere.

Each post also has the white space problem. Definitely try to sort that out.

As far as content goes, the best advice I can give you would to be consistent. Find a general format you like for your posts, and stick to it.

Remember: Less is more, user-friendliness is ideal, navigation is very important, it’s good to be consistent in most aspect of your blog

Overall, I can tell you have what it takes to run a good blog. It’s just a matter of ironing some things out and making it as effective as possible.

I hope this helps, Tillen. I wish you the best of luck with Data Entry Jobs n Blogging.
