Hi, I truly like the post about the "check-offs." I really feel your pain. I'm a respiratory therapist and am subject to the same process. I have a problem with the whole system because just because you can do a procedure once does not mean that someone is "proficient" at it. That comes with time and repetition. I guess the hospital has to have some way of making sure that our skills are where they should be, so I guess this system will have to do for now. Nice article, Thanks -Chris
