my wife and I are setting up deli,fruit & veg and flower shop we are trying to make it very different. Situated in the beautiful Hertfordshire village of Ashwell. well now a few months after setting up the delicatessen its been interesting the biggest problem has been wastage ie products that you think will fly but do not and then pass there best before date which is in many cases a big con thought up by the food makers. Sell before dates I understand but best before no. Being a shop keeper is fun we have great customers I enjoy seeing them regards Chris
