Danielle Elyse

I am studying acupuncture and Chinese medicine at the Eastern School of Acupuncture in Montclair, NJ. I was born in Ilsan Kyungki-do in South Korea and adopted at the age of 4 months old. I grew up at the Jersey Shore, and I love it here!

I have a serious passion for energy work, natural healing, acupuncture and traditional medicine, and I currently hold certification in Reiki I and II.

Wellness and fitness, along with clean and green eating are very important to me. My workouts include (but are not limited to) kettlebells, yoga, TRX, running, Tabata, and other interval/circuit training, and the occasional dance party

I love photography and food. Especially taking pictures of foods!

The journey that I am on started almost two years ago when I began acupuncture school. But I guess if you really look at how I got here, then it started in July of 2008 after my mother passed away. I truly believe that all of my experiences (good and bad) over the last 3 years have happened for a reason, and that I would not have grown as much as I have if circumstances had been different.

I am truly grateful for the things I have and for the things I do not have; I trust in the universe, and I do not believe we are given more than we can handle!
