There is a fashion designer I see in Miami all the time. He tends to be a bit of a guerilla artist too - he leaves chalk outlines on the sidewalk of people in various poses all over Miami - especially in the Liberty City and Opa Locka. It is clear that he seems to be a part time designer and artist spending most of hiis time with his Miami PD job. I don't what he does there - but I'm sure his art career is going to launch him into the big leagues!
