I'm the employee of this company for a long time. Lately, a lot of things has happen to the company, to the management and to all staffs. I'm confuse and I'm lost. I think a lot of my colleagues are lost too.

To be frank, I met with two different lawyers to seek advise for my predicament and to find out what option do I have.

The most important piece of advice I got from both of them is to document down everything that happen in the company. To document down everything that are happening, I need everybody help. I will make the first move by publishing in this blog for all the things I know in chorological manner. Hopefully anybody that has knowledge to what is happening can write to me and I will post it on the blog.

By putting everything on this blog, anyone that need the information or documentation to help them fighting their case can benefit from this.

I foreseen in the process of document things down, this blog may offend some people. I wish to declare that I have no evil intention to harm anyone but to tell the truthful all.

I also have a dream. I wish to document everything that is happening in this company and one day publish a book or make a movie based on it. I wish to make our story as a reference and case study for all the workers/employers in this country or maybe even "Global"ly.
