Have you ever tried the 6 o'clock diet? You eat anything before 6 in the evening.And strictly after 6 pm onwards, skip all meals.Don't get tempted, don't allow yourself to salivate over sweets or pizzas. Nothing at all beyond 6 pm and you will see after about three months, you will lose considerable pounds.
