I go by “Green Smoothie Queen” because it doesn’t really matter who I am. Too many health gurus get up on a podium preaching themselves to be the source of the next best secret to health and longevity. They say they’ve got it all figured out, but never admit to their own indigestion and foul body odor.
I do NOT want to be your next health guru.
I’m not here to tell you how much I know, how great I am, or how much I’ve accomplished. I’ve seen a few too many people put their trust in white coats and credentials only to find themselves strapped to an I.V. wondering how it all happened.
I’m here to remind you about a few things you already knew and inspire you to get on a common sense path to healthier living. When you feel like a million bucks after learning why adding more greens to your diet is beneficial for your health and you want to give someone credit for it all, just pat yourself on the back.
I want to invite you to a world where green is glorious! Where drinks that look like lawnmower clippings become your most beloved and reliable source of energy and nutrition! Where you don't have to give up everything you love... you just have to add more goodness and green into your life!
