Hi my name’s Mark, I’m a happily married father of one living in Auckland, New Zealand. Originally from Wigan in the north of England, I lived in London for 10 years before moving to NZ in 2001. I work in healthcare. In the blog I write about whatever seems significant to me at the time. Of course, there are always about a gazillion things that are more important but hey, you have to choose something. I don’t have a personal agenda or direction with the blog, let’s just see where it goes.

I am a Christian. This happened in November 1996 during a time of carefree happiness and contentment with no major crises. But that’s a whole other story.

I am not a Holy Joe. I’m just an ordinary bloke making my way through life as best I can, trying not to cause too much damage. As a Christian though, I have an advantage.
