We are people who heard Bicol Region as one of the friendliest place in the Philippines. But when i start travelling all throughout mainland Bicol, i was shocked. i discovered things, Things that made Bicol Region (mainland) a very unfriendly place. People who thinks they are "ORAGON" even they're wrong or making decisions just in favor of themselves.
