I was inspired by the author Rick Warren and his book : The purpose driven life.

After a 9 day stay at my local correctional facility, I had a chance thru absteince , and solidtude to review my life at 47 and read this book along with the bible.

My lord has delivered me from cigarette smoking, drug use, an a over whelming sex addiction,AND GREAT HEALTH AND WELLNESS AFTER BEING DIAIGNOST WITH A LIFE THREATNING ILLNESS IN 1990,praise the lord!!

there is no god.. people long ago taught their morals through a "bible" which had to do with a god (a higher being) so we would actually pay attention to them. there is no god, but i believe in the morals

This is the way I can get through every day and still be sane. My deliverance is in my praise. Praise IS what I do. Whe you can't do anything else, PRAISE HIM! For He is worthy!

While you believe in this ,this is the best ideal idea that jesus and god are one.something let me feel when i read your share that this could make us live in a better world and fixed one too,do you know why?its gonna make the world united as even all of universe is united under protection of father and son this is god and jesus ,so if we believe in this,nothing would make us easily relating each others in peaceful ways just like this idea just if its taken seriously to be put rules over its basics..we are united forever,thanx

Today was crazy. A member of our church lost her husband today. He died at the car wash while washing his car. He had a heart attack. I feel so bad. But as I said before, God is in control. Our hope is to one day be faced to face with the Lord. The scripture says to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. So, he is present with the Lord. The scripture also says that in the end the dead in Christ should rise first. He got off his exit and went home to be with the Lord. So, when the Lord returns, he shall rise to be with the Lord first. Should be a time of celebration but we still miss the body. Sad day.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and comments. In times like these, it's good to be able to share positive things. To be able to smile. To be able to get your mind off of things you have no control over. To be able to still, through it all, trust in God, believe in God, and have faith in Him. God bless!

God is good! He is more than good! He woke me up and I am still in my right mind! I can still breath, walk, talk, smell, touch, hear and see. What an awesome savior. Today I get 2 of my grand babies. One I'm praying very hard for. They have diagnosed her as mildly retarded the other day and I'm believing that God is still in control and as long as we shower her with God's love and prayers, she will be fine. I'm praying, trusting, and believing. God has never failed me yet.

I sent an email to the Board of Trustees demanding some answers to questions regarding finances and I have yet to receive an answer. Are they SCARRRRRED????? LOL

Through all the trials, all the tribulations at work, at home, even at church, yes even at church, God has never let me down. Sometimes I don't understand why, but that's ok because all I need to know is that my GOD is in full control and that gives me comfort.
