Some things happen by accident. My interest in Mexico happened by accident. When I was sixteen I worked at a Taco Bell. I always asked one of my co-workers to purchase beer for me because I wasn't old enough to do it myself. Sometimes we would drink beer and he would tell me about his town. He said that he wanted to be there, but he needed to work in the states to provide for his family. I started thinking about going to Mexico at that time, but I figured that I would never really have the chance.

When I was twenty, I went to Mexico for the first time. I had spent the previous two years working for my uncle's tile company and going to college at night. I had a small pile of money and an appetite to see new things and have some experiences. One night I just decided to take off and see what there was to see.

Other than traveling in Mexico, I enjoy swimming, hiking, watching baseball, playing pool, taking photographs, and observing politics. My professional interests include paralegalism, insurance, research, writing, history, and politics.
