Hi there, I'm writing about all things boo-de-ful with a bit of health and fitness (aka vi-tality) thrown in for good measure. Because, after all, without a good dose of the latter there's no way we can be boo-de-ful. I've been writing about these subjects, along with a myriad of others including people and relationships, for over 15 years. It's been fun and I love it and now I've left corporate and am moving out into the blogosphere.
