Teaching is what I do. English as a Second Language. Spanish. Language Arts. These are my areas of expertise. My job is a a maze of adventures, and my students are wonderful (most of the time). I learn something new every day. At this time, I'm working on my master's degree in Advanced Studies in ESL. I believe in life-long learning, and I will be a student as long as I live.

I was born in San Diego, California and raised in two states...California and Arkansas. I joined the Navy to see the world, and my first duty station was Pascagoula, Mississippi. But...thereafter I experienced some great places!

I married my husband 30 years ago and we are parents to two sons and two special daughter-in-laws. We have a grandson named James.
