As many of us do, I fill a myriad of roles such as wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, etc., and that list can go on and on. I have an uncanny ability to find silliness in even the most challenging circumstances, as I am a firm believer that humor can diffuse and carry us through almost any situation. I love what I do and look forward to building happiness and lasting satisfaction in my life, the lives of those who surround me (that includes you!) and my clients.
On a business note, I provide life/business consulting and support services to those dealing with Stress Management, Food Allergies and Reproductive Challenges (Infertility, Miscarriage, Pregnancy After a Loss or Pregnancy After the Struggle of Infertility). Individuals and couples have a positive, emotionally safe environment to process and communicate their concerns and happiness while embarking on life's challenges. I offer empathetic, emotional support and consulting that promotes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. A Gift of Miles serves local and national clients through a variety of clinics in the Twin Cities as well as via telephone and video conferencing.
