Bio
I graduated from college. I moved to Atlanta and got a boring desk job while I tried to figure out what I wanted to do when I grow up. I have since changed jobs and moved to the burbs, but one thing remains the same. FOOD!!! I love everything. Now, culinary school is expensive. So, I spend my free time reading every cookbook I can and watching food shows. Basically, I am on a food exploration of strange ingredients and flavors on a budget. I wanted to document all my strange experiments, mishaps, recipes, and craziness that seem to happen when I interact with food. This does include eating, food shopping, cooking, and whatever else I can think of!!!

For a chef, you look very attractive. If you enroll in a formal culinary school, you can put up your own business afterwards or you can roam around the world, sharing innovative recipes. And then you can be RICH! I definitely love your salad recipe with chunks of avocado in it. Plus the cheese-make over, yummy! I wanna try serving it this X-mas dinner and I hope you give me more tips for its success.
