Hello, I'm Kristen and I am the chef behind all of the delicious recipes at Mind Your Bees and Trees. I am passionate about everything food and have been in the kitchen as long as I can remember. I strive to eat healthy and maintain an active lifestyle. But life is all about balance so I enjoy eating dessert once in a while too :). My blog is a way for me to share my passion for food, cooking, and baking with you, one recipe at a time.
I also love to travel, meet new people, read, spend time outdoors, and I do my best to live life to the fullest.
