Dear friend, Your posting on pearl millet find very useful. There are about five varities of millets. last two years I used to have finger millet minimum once in a dayin my main course and I like it because of low carb and high fibre.But it has fewer option to prepare like Dosa,Puttu and Roti only . Expecting post on other kind of dishes from finger millet for main course . Thanks.
