I believe any sickness cud make one lose weight drastically. But I never thought that a flu can pull the trigger. I've been coughing severely for the past weeks, and I really lost a considerable weight. Why is that so?
I agree with your green salad recipes for low carb diet. May I share some of mine? Having tuna with side dishes especially with tofu and brocolli could be fun and endearing. Tofu is a great protein supplement. And you can eat a small piece of bread along with the tuna dish. Try it.
