Melvin is the Content Producer for A Winsome Life and he is extremely passionate about blogging. From a humble blog that he started in 2004 where he rants about his life, Melvin founded A Winsome Life in 2011 and since then, it has garnered more than 78,000 views in total and currently averages 451 views a day.

In the area of academics, Melvin was 1 point short of entering Junior College and gotten a C6 for English. A dropout from Nanyang Polytechnic, Melvin enrolled in Shatec Institutes where he emerged as the Top Student of his cohort. He eventually went on to pursue his Honours and was awarded 2nd Class Lower Honours in Marketing Management by Northumbria University. Melvin has plans to pursue his Masters.

In the area of work experience, Melvin’s background is mainly in the hospitality and food & beverage sector. Determined to excel in the hospitality sector, Melvin committed one year to learn the ins-and-outs of hotel management and completed his internship at the luxurious 5-Stars Fullerton Hotel Singapore.

During his free time, Melvin enjoys spending time with his loved ones and engages in his favourite pastime of playing the guitar and drums. If you have seen Melvin on the big screens before, that is because he also loves acting in small roles. In fact, Melvin has acted in a few television productions that were shown on the long-gone KidsCentral, Channel 5 and also in movie productions such as the recent Ah Boys to Men.
