Canada ∙ Interests: Homeless

Attempting to become a writer since my disability is leaving me out of working full time anymore. I have become docile and am currently trying to remedy that situation.
I live in a beautiful country that has so much to offer with all its nature. It has helped me in creating a keen interest in not only the various species of animals that live here but also nature itself. The trees plants and about anything else that grows.
My house is a tribute to all things that are green and that I can grow. I have an interest in the simple things that life has to offer. No so much the material things that others strive their whole life to obtain.
I am a poet at times.. and I love taking pictures of those things around me. I currently am writing a book of homelessness. Actually a day in the life of being homeless here in Canada. That pretty much summarizes of where I am in the space of time in the world we all share.

Wow sorry... I have been in procrastination mode it seems for awhile. I will be once again back. Think I will start posting some passages from my book I am currently writing.
Then maybe those that are following me would be kind enough to be like and editor and read. Let me know where and what could change ( not saying I would change anything but feedback is an important part of learning.)
So hope more will follow .. or not.. but one never really knows unless they attempt it.

So yet another day of getting used to biking. Peddle my ass around this great city of mine. Here I am thinking that I am getting better at this. Heading up one of the many hills ( since I seem to always find them) and talk about a beating to ones self esteem. A girl.. no more than 10... passes me going uphill .
So of course I go out of my way to try and keep up, with sweat not just pouring off my body but also stinging the heck out of my eyes. And yet I still try trudging along knowing that at the top there will be of course a downhill.
And this is where I will pass them. Calculating fool I am because we all know that most children have this unexhaustable resource of energy. How I wish I was young again.

Took a cycling tour of the city today. Only took about 4 hours. Although at the time I was wondering what had got into me to do such a stunt. But overall looking at the Pacific from different areas was enjoyable.
Did get to see a deer and her fawn ... was such a small fawn I can only estimate it to be around 5 or 6 months old.
Finally summer seems to have arrived. So late in the year , makes you think how much global warming has done damage to the earth. The weather seems to be unusual this year. Not just here in the west but across N. America
Just a thought to think on.

Ever notice that people with cell phones are alot like adults with little kids? They have great difficulty being able to do anything. Like walking down the street. More times than not I am busy watching to see who is going to pull up short and be barreled over as I come up behind them.
