Good morning,
What prompted you to become a Yogi Monk?

Good day Sixthirtythree, I'm sorry not to have answered your message at once, been very busy lately organizing our high school batch reunion that turned out a success. I grew up in a very religious family. Attend mass almost everyday, an active block rosarian and catechist and do a lot of different novenas...somehow somewhere, i felt some void and want to search for more..that's how I got involved and became a monk. But I found later on that that is not my vocation. I still do practice some philosophies and do meditation. Most of the yogi exercises I have to give up because I know it will not do me good but harm because I am no longer practicing a complete vegetarian diet though it consists more of vegetables, fruits and milk but there are times I have to adjust to my environment and eat what is being served to me.

How long were you a Yogi Monk?

Sixthirtythree's Blog Post: Etsy Style

I was a yogi monk for 6yrs but continue to practice strictly until the age of 30. I still practice some of it until now but not as strict as before.

What would you say?
