Hi, I thought it would be fun to make my own blog... so here I am :-). I am a recent graduate of calstate fullerton university. I like to stay healthy so i find myself obsesssing about health and fitness more than often. I love discovering new ways of feedng the mind body and soul. I find herbal remdies to be probably one of the most intersting discoveries I could ever come across. If i were to define myself in one sentence; I love health,fitness,and watching people never give up... and if i were asked to highlight one thing about myself, it would be ...Staying active is my outlet :-)
