simply, just click dashboard > manage blog ..
then click edit (if not see the delete blog) ... just replace the url 'edit' to 'delete'
ex :
hxxp://bloggers.com/blog/satu-dea-57450/edit
edit to
hxxp://bloggers.com/blog/satu-dea-57450/delete
