Hi All of you new friends. Thanks for the requests. Look forward to reading you! Janine
i love your blogs, can i invite you to write a guess post to my blog finding happiness . http://kamukamo.com/share-your-story/
Hi There, Thanks! What type of post would you be interested in. Any specifics? Feel free to message me directly and we can discuss. Janine
I admire the way you presented your story on your DAD. It wasn't easy, I know, because you divulged to your readers his "bipolar depression" that affected his sanity and emotions. Not very many daughters would unabashedly proclaim to the world how their daddies attacked them verbally and physically when not in their right state of minds.
But, you, Janine, are a very honest and laid-bare story teller.
You were not ashamed about sharing your inner pain, exposing your sufferings to the outside world, in order that they may know how to cope with the unexpected.
Yes, it was not directly your dad's fault why he was bipolar. And neither was it yours. But you sided with understanding your dad more, instead of rebuking him, and helping him survive.
You have proven to the world that ONE'S PAST IS NOT AN INDICATOR OF HIS OR HER FUTURE.
Thanks for your kind comments Kim. The post was actually by a guest blogger in my 'Beauty of Difference' series called Muriel Jacques. I am thankful that she bared her soul and shared her story. Not to say that I haven't got my own experiences like it, some of which I have shared on my blog, some yet to come, and some I wont because sometimes things just shouldnt be put on the net.
