Octave Shaper started listening to non commercial underground music when he was 13 years old. Back then internet was still not so common, so he spent most of the time writing letters and trying to discover new bands. Once the internet and blogging scene started, Octave Shaper started writing about non commercial music to help non commercial and underground bands expose their music and get some deserved coverage.
