I am a Texas Grandmother and Great Grandmother. I retired a few years back from a Special Need Bus Operator but, still find the need to stay active. Even though my health was the reason to retire I refuse to give up my sanity to become a rocking chair sit on the porch all day long and watch everybody in the neighborhood get busy retiree. Everyday I strive to keep up with some new technology that will bring me satisfaction of being a real live senior. My personal goal is to help others Network with different start-up businesses that even an elder can do and have a little dignity about earning extra income. No matter how old you are you can still earn extra money. so don't be afraid to start lining your pockets with some of the money floating around out there. People that are on set incomes must and should find a way to empower themselves. If you are 67 years young and receive Social Security Benefits, you can earn as much money as you want without penalty. Even if you retired earlier you can still earn a certain amount. The biggest mistake most elders make is leaving money on the table because of fear of losing their benefits. So, let's get up and start dream building. We can do nothing much later!
