Hello Ms. Wonder Mom! I 'd like to refresh your views on parents' role in cultivating a child's love for music. I studied piano when I was thirteen. I guess it was a bit late for a teener to dabble on the keyboard but it was my mother who encouraged me to do it because almost every cultured girl in church had piano lessons then. At first,I just went with the flow,trying to please others. But later on, it got stilled on my mind how useful my keyboard skills were getting to be. Because of my piano skills, I can play for a special occasion, play for my close friends or family. And I feel somehow proud of what I do, because I get to share something special with them. Same is true for your daughter BIANCA, I commend you you for gauging her to go on and supporting her all the way in her craft. A musically inclined kid tends to be more nurturing and humanitarian than all regular kids because in the first place he or she is busy with a profitable hobby.So good job!
