I am a senior citizen so I finally have time to pursue the things I am passionate about. Personal safety for seniors, college students and women are very important to me. I also am a student of good nutrition and healthy eating. I started a self defense website in 2010 and that keeps my very busy. Aside from the website, I am interested in animal abuse issues, blogging and social media and when I have the time, I love a good movie. The blogs I write are about campus safety and pepper sprays for women.
