Your blog is lovely! I began taking my makeup/beauty products/cleaners, etc. seriously as soon as I took in my stray cat & stray dogs years ago.
As a teen (13/14) back in the early 90's I learned all the cruelty free products (no easy feat with NO internet!) typed up a list, photocopied it, passed it around my middle school.

I have a dog, and I always think I wouldn't put him through unnecessary discomfort, so I don't buy makeup from brands that test on animals.
