5 Weeks of Fitness 4-7
― So, I have NOTHING. 7/31, 8/1, 8/2,. you know why? ∙ DAMN PRE-PERIOD! I went on this massive carb loading binge and was bloated and felt icky. It goes like this for me over the course of the week:7-5th Days (so the 31st, 1st, and 2nd, ) I go on a massive binge. Carbs carbs carbs and unhealthy foods like chips, popcorn, buter, sweets, i seriously cannot stop eating. I did go for 3.5 mile walks on those days but that was it.
