A Life in the Week
― This week I have been mostly enjoying ... ∙ Sometimes it's nice to dip into a non-fiction book and soak up some facts and a bit of history. This one discusses interesting things like why Napoleon wrote to Josephine in 1796 telling her, "I return to Paris tomorrow evening. Don't wash.' As someone who is slightly ocd about public toilets, it's a fascinating read. Oh and I picked it up for a pound at a road-side charity stall, which was nice. ∙ I've been saving my pennies by bringing [...].
