― Dotticure?? Hmm..I'm guessing that this is just a fancy word for a polka dot or dotted mani. That's the way i interpreted anyway. I love learning all these new names for manicures I never heard of. ∙ I knew I wanted to come up with something creative, even though Im not usually that creative.
