― At the gym, I ran an easy 4 1/4 miles. I think my body is getting use to my pace, so next time I will up the pace. I really wish I had more time to run on Mondays and Wednesdays. I can't wait until I up my pace in 2 days. I'll have such a nice sweat going. I love pushing myself (unless I get injured). ∙ Speaking of being injured, my knee is feeling better.
