Beauty Review: Clarins Beauty Flash Balm
― I purchased the Clarins Beauty Flash Balm on a blog sale for £7.00 after a rave review I read from Vivianna Does Makeup. She states that this product, when applied just before makeup gives your skin a dewy look to it. I adore a dewy look opposed to a matte, so when I heard this I had to give it a try.
