― Big Flat Bread is one of the restaurants by Opportunists, Inc. of which Jim Uy, a Cebuano by birth, is the company president. Big Flat Bread first began in Cagayan de Oro in 2009. Since Jim Uy didn’t find any other local players in the area, he was the first local pizza contender in Cagayan de Oro with its location near Limketkai Mall.
