Black Widow Look
― The black widow is a poisonous spider that has a distinctive black and red colouring. While I was looking at Corrie Nelson’s Head-to-toe Tartan Girls for Fall 2012, I got inspiration for this look but instead of using muted red lips I went for full on red that reminded me of the look of the black widow spider. Also as a play on words, widows normally weep and in some cases they have these nettings over their head as part of their hats. These also formed part of my inspiration for the look. This [...].
