BOOM. Weekly Fitness Wrap-Up
― Hey Peeps! Not a lot of time to gab today. Did a crazy P90x PLYO workout today. LOVE that one- his approach is totally different than Cathe's workouts for HIIT and I love it. Almost an hour today and I was a sweaty mess: ∙ OMG. My glutes are on fire. ∙ Still loving all the alternative protein sources I'm using, and gosh I sure love a shake in between meals. It breaks up the day. Today I used fresh blackberries and Egg Protein Powder. ∙ What is your favorite Protein [...].
