― This A.M. I am posting the simplest, yet very delicious, of recipes. ∙ One evening I was having a beer, making chicken seasoned with dry mojo in a saute pan with butter. The chicken was starting to stick. Normally I would pour a little wine in the pan, but since I was holding a beer for some reason I decided to dump the beer in the pan.
