Chocolate fondant puddings: Melt in the middle perfection.
― Now, I'm not one to blow my own trumpet or anything but these were simply perfection. I've never made chocolate fondants before, mainly because I've heard numerous horror stories (particularly on Masterchef) where they've done drastically wrong. I can't imagine them ever tasting bad but, me being a perfectionist, I wanted the consistency just right. I think I just about managed it... My boyfriend exclaimed that they were better than the Gü versions any day and, whilst it may be awfully big [...].
