ELF Nail Polish sets at/on Target!
― A while back I posted a photo on Instagram of the new holiday ELF displays at Target, which includes a 15 piece polish set, all mini of their permanent shades. Well, today my cousin Kristen of RainySunrayNails posted a photo of the polish set and pointed out that it includes the shade Fairy Dust - their newest permanent addition to the line - a beautiful flaky polish that I hear mimics Essie Shine Of The Times (which is hear is discontinued? idk).
