Eyeliner reviews...1st up - e.l.f
― Over the next few weeks I will be reviewing some Black eyeliners; pencil, liquid, pen and gel. Now I don't wear black liner everyday so I'll spread the days out and post on each one as and when I try it. I'll try the liners as and how I feel they look best, for example when testing the pencil liners I may do a subtle smokey lash line. Once I've reviewed all the brands, myself and YOU beautiful readers will decide which deserves the number 1 spot...this will be based on my thoughts on the ease of [...].
