FINNISH RYE, RAW HONEY AND TEA
― Those mornings when I don't have to rush anywhere I like to eat my breakfast slowly and enjoy every bite. I love having my Finnish rye bread toasted with peanut butter (something I never did before I moved to the US) and veggies such as cucumber, bell pepper or tomato. A cup of tea with a little bit of honey and a coconut macaroon for "dessert".
