First foodie post: Huh? Takeaway food on a diet?!
― Hiya all!Now, before anyone says anything, takeaway food is generally UNHEALTHY. I am not claiming that following what I say will make takeaways healthy, just simply healthier. I suggest to anyone who regularly eats junk food regularly to not under any circumstances go nuts and switch straight to salad for every meal. to lose weight.
