Fitness: Mixing it up
― Source ∙ Failing to reach targets ∙ So I didn't hit my target weight by the target date. Big deal... Ok I was actually quite annoyed that I hadn't managed to achieve what I wanted to, but that is something that I wanted to address today. ∙ The body gets used to exercise.
