Herb Roasted Potatoes
― 1 large shallot1 large clove garlic1 bay leaf1 Tbs fresh thyme leaves1 Tbs fresh sage1 Tbs fresh oregano3/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 cup olive oil16 small new potatoes ∙ 1.
