― As August progresses and the sunshine turns to dark, cloudy, rainy skies I'm drawn to lusting after A/W '12 trends. A timeless style following will always be layering. Not only does it keep you that bit warmer when British weather plunges to the single digit temperatures but also adds depth and intrigue to an otherwise fairly basic outfit. ∙ These shorts were a steal in the back of Zara's dressing room build up and have a dimension to them on their own with the layered lace detail.
