New Day New Lesson ― Quite often I have more than one title for a blog post in my head when I write them. This post was no exception. My original title was: Facing Your Own Mortality Takes Guts. You can see why I changed it. Yeah, certainly everyone always wants to be happy in their life, but no matter what, we cannot always to pretend to be happy.

It is not about pretending to be happy, it is about living our life in a way that we have no regrets and we are truly happy. In a way that we can get over things that hurt us quicker than we otherwise would be able to.
