That's So Chic ― Okay so I'm going to go ahead and admit that I am ADDICTED to target. While on one of my more recent "throw it in the basket" excursions through the isles of my favorite store, I came across this rain bootie by Merona. It actually was offered in a leopard print too and I am all for a great animal print. This super chic bootie looks oh so similar to one made by Vivienne Westwood.
