Otay Who? ― Michelle Phan is a youtube sensation known for her make-up tutorials. She is also known for her video styles that incorporates her voice-over instruction with music and text subtitles. I spend so many nights watching her videos and I never get sick of them. One of my favorite video is her "Barbie Transformation Tutorial"IKAW NA TEH!
